At CYDO, we do not view inclusion as an elective initiative—it is the foundation of our operational architecture. We apply a systemic approach to ensure that Disability Rights and Gender Equity are not merely side-projects, but core components integrated into every strategic pillar. Accessible Interventions: We empower youth and women to be the architects of our economic and peacebuilding initiatives, while simultaneously removing physical and social barriers for youth with disabilities. From digital skill-building to community forums, our services are inclusive by design—guaranteeing that marginalized voices lead the change and absolutely no one is left behind.

This initiative designed to inform, educate, and empower young people and women about their rights, health, leadership opportunities and socio-economic possibilities and critical thinking, ensuring that young people and women remain conscious and proactive members of society.

We promote the holistic health of women and Youth by addressing Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH), and Nutrition. Through supporting basic service, advocacy, peer-to-peer education and recreational sports, we support women and youth in leading healthy, productive, and fulfilling lives.

We harness the energy of youth as agents of peace. Through digital peacekeeping, inter-clan dialogues, mediation training, and social cohesion events, we aim to reduce conflict, promote mutual understanding, and build a united society in Ethiopia.

We bridge the gap between education and the labor market by providing Durable Skills, vocational, digital and innovation, and entrepreneurship training. Our goal is to transform Women and vulnerable youth from NEET (not in Employment, Education and Training) into self-reliant economic agents who can create opportunities for themselves and their communities.

We champion gender equality by creating safe, supportive spaces for women and girls. Our initiatives focus on building leadership capacity, economic independence, and prevention of gender based violence including harmful traditional practices to ensure women and girls play an active role in the community.

We promote adaptive capacity, enhance food security, and create sustainable economic opportunities for groups most vulnerable to climate shocks. By centering on socio-economic minorities including IDPs, Persons with Disabilities (PWD), women, and vulnerable youth, this program addresses the systemic barriers, resource constraints, and disproportionate climate impacts faced by underserved populations.
